But, like all maths, it's perfectly *possible* to run the program in your head.
Maths makes no guarantee that it is *practical* to run the program in your
head.
There are plenty of examples of mathematical problems that are easy to explain,
and easy to explain how to solve the problem, but that would take today's
computer longer than the universe has been in existence to solve.

You can't run games in your head in part because you don't have an unbiased
random number generator and can't consistently handle the detail or exchange
thoughts with other players. You can imagine playing a simple solo game, but you
