Just when I was thinking Apple might get adult leadership now that Steve Jobs
has checked out.
Really -- the "wedge shape"? There's only about
seven-hundred-gazillion examples of prior art on that one.
Ought to go nice with their patent on "rectangular, with rounded
corners".

Yep, it's true; the world as we know it is coming to an end this fall. Click 'n' Clack are
hanging it up.

nsomos suggested that all and
any company producing a Linux distro is tainted forever for Microsoft. This is
an interesting perspective. I recall that IBM said something along those lines
in a very old quote here at Groklaw.
So, is there something such as
tainted companies?

Researchers in Denmark have found that every person with blue eyes
descends from just one "founder," an ancestor whose genes mutated 6,000 to
10,000 years ago. Before then, everyone had brown eyes.
[...]
Blue eyes,
though somewhat rare in the USA, are common in countries near the mutation
epicenter, which previous researchers have pinpointed as probably somewhere in
the Balkans or near the Black Sea.
In Estonia, 99% of people have blue eyes,
Eiberg says. In Denmark 30 years ago, only 8% of the population had brown eyes,
though through immigration, today that number is about 11%. In Germany, about
75% have blue eyes.
