Lodsys Sues More of the Inhabited Earth

Depends on who you ask. Lodsys would
like them to be different. Oracle in
its complaint says they are exactly the
same folks.

Only case titles differ

All of the actual complaints (apart possibly from Dell, which is 404 at the
moment) name the plaintiff as "Lodsys Group, LLC", so I think all the
plaintiffs are the same and the differences are down to whoever decided on the
shortened names for the case titles.
