I believe I can create a "more perfect" lock...
Authored by: Anonymous on Thursday, June 07 2012 @ 10:47 PM EDT
I'm reminded of idiot-proofing...they will, of course, make better idiots!

Quite seriously, I have some ideas I need to bounce off someone...and physical
control over the hardware can *always* break software locks....just image it,
and run it in a VM and give the OS Alzheimer's, or have it do a little DOS
attack consisting of all the user interaction pointed at your favorite website
and just happening to pass through your pwned web server!

I'm not at a point where I can estimate resources, but I also know that given 2
employed programmers, one will take 10x as long as the other to do the SAME
problem, just due to skill differences. See "Mythical Man Month" by
Fred Brooks.

So if I can get the right people interested, not long...but in the mean time I
slave away on an 8051 and steal time for a dsPIC30F4011...and need to learn
'Droid phones. (Christenson)

A *BIG* part of the mousetrap is that smaller is better....
