What?? "Outer space" includes all of the universe beyond Low Earth
Orbit, or about 200 miles. So the US gummint is trying to assert
jurisdiction over all of everything except portions of one tiny dust
mote of a planet?

Guess we need a new word to cover the concept of arrogance raised
to about the 50th power.
