No, it means that you think that some psychopath might in the future claim that
it was coverable under Copyright. That's not the same thing.

In some creative arts "fair use" is so ambigious, and copyright owners
sue
at
the drop of a pin, the only safe course of action is to get permission for
everything, even that which would clearly be "fair use" to everybody,
including ther otherside in the lawsuit they filed against you, for copyright
infringement.
You really don't want to involved in an industry where
your street cred is
based on the number of lawsuits in which you are the
defendent.
