That would be just too funny! But I hope it happens - O vs G is an excellent
case law now. :)

No.

A) OvG is still subject to appeal.
B) it happened in a different Circuit (the 9th).
C) split jurisdiction: Wisconsin is in the 7th Circuit, Texas
in the 5th.

Otherwise my irony meter might fail... ;-)
