Oracle probably had not choice, they probably developed the software the
original defendants were using and Oracle had a contractual obligation to
indemnify them.
Filing this suit is in Oracle's interest.

And the funny part comes AFTER they win this case,
then turn around and try to justify why THEY -- ORACLE
-- want to APPEAL the ruling in Oracle --vs-- Google
where their is even less grounds of infringement having
occurred. If Oracle does not appear to be the "Giant
