"Lodsys did not invent the technology claimed in the Patents-in-Suit,"
Oracle's suit claims.

Talk about the pot calling the kettle black. Imagine if Google tried that claim
against in their recent case. If I'm not mistaken, nothing created by Sun was
invented by Oracle.
