Where are all those Wonderful 'Metro' apps going to come from?

Sadly no they won't.

Going back to the original theme, I find it strange thet Microsoft are
deliberately making it difficult for Developers to create the applications that
are going to run on the devices of the future.

It is almost as if they are not serious about the future. The words 'cutting
their fingers off to spite their face' spring to mind.

Are they so desperate to cut off their legacy?
The answer must surely be yes, they are. That fact will not please the business
world one little bit.

IMHO Microsoft have stalled and are now in a deadly spiral towards the ground.
Unless they apply the appropriate correction they are doomed to smash into the
ground.

Ubuntu & 'apt-get' are not the answer to Life, The Universe & Everything which
is of course, "42" or is it 1.618?
