...or had interesting spam-attracting keywords anyway.

Still, spam is preferable to a constant stream of well-argued
comments to the effect that you are a total idiot, which is
what FM would get EVERY DAY.

More to the point, a comments section full of reasons why he
is a total idiot would detract from his usefulness as a
"mouth of Sauron" for hire.

Use Disqus or similar - it takes care of most of the spam
prevention for you.
