Larry Ellison is the big man at Oracle, but he doesn't wear the CEO hat, he hires others for that job and has replaced that person in the relevant time frame.

Now one question is if Larry Ellison's personal 20%+ ownership of Oracle is enough that he can legally do what he wants as long as any bottom line result is shared fairly with all the minor stock holders, must of whom are faceless mutual funds etc.
