Auto analogy about Pick v. RDB

What are the chances that Google have eschewed RDBs and gone with the use of
sort, cut, comm, awk?

Not forgetting, join. I'd never forget join.

I can't help thinking that Google have little value to be gained from relational
and everything to gain from a normal form, Pick style database.

Can't think how to get EAR into the conversation, but I'm no expert!

Anyway, stop the Pavlovian response to RDBs or you get the auto analogy.

compared to a tweeked Oraclesetup?
