Oh, Google definitely will be able to object. Google gets to file a response to
Oracle's appellate brief. And if Oracle tries to re-argue factual arguments or
introduce new evidence into the appeal, I have no doubt that Mr. Van Nest will
be only too glad to point that out.

Google will reply to Oracle's appeal brief and will cross-appeal the Judge's
decision to overrule the Jury on the decompiled code. There may be other issues
Google would rather have gone their way that they can appeal (i.e., If there's
going to be a new trial, then x-y-z should be different).[ Reply to This | Parent | # ]
