haha.... in other words; this judge broadcast a loud n clear
message to their Share Holders - "If Oracle Spends any 'Mo
Money' on this worthless endeavor, it's ok to slap 'em w/ a
Lawsuit for buying Sun for all those Bazillions in the first
place"... yeah I like this judge! ^_^

Larry may find himself getting 'Socked Up' in the middle of
the night, by some share holders for that blunder anyway!
lol...

No more than usual

Who really expects that Oracle (or BSF on their behalf) won't appeal? They've
just lost their remaining case to a legal ruling by the presiding judge, and I
don't see that they've anything further to lose by doing so. Inevitably they'll
try for one more roll of the dice to convince an appellate court that Judge
Alsup was wrong as a matter of law. Like any order, though, this one was written
with an eye to that fact; much of it is, effectively, Judge Alsup's own pleading
to the appellate court as to why any Oracle arguments are unfounded, and his
judgement sound.

The good thing is that Oracle will almost certainly , as others have pointed out

The Court isn't challenging Oracle to appeal. The Court is assuming that Oracle
will appeal. A fairly safe assumption.
