No, FloMo has been quite clear

That he regards the fair use claim in this case as
ridiculous.

His view is that the API SSO is copyrightable, and Google
should lose on fair use, estoppel and all other defenses.

He goes on to explain that even if Google "got away with
what it did" (nicely implying guilt even after being cleared
in court), that Android has vast and insurmountable IP
issues and that someone sooner or later will make them pay

His hatred has made him strong, but blind.
