Parent suggests filing many re-examination requests to USPTO,
culminating in 1000 per hour if there is retaliation by troll.
May I remind you, that filing a re-examination request is
not necessarily a trivial thing to do. If either insufficient,
or inappropriate documentation is provided, the patent may well
wind up surviving the re-examination request. You could wind up
in a worse situation than not having bothered to file for re-exam
at all. There may be other costs involved as well.
I guess it is real easy for someone to suggest what Google
should do, when that someone does not have to put in any of
the resources that would be required to do as they have suggested.
Earlier this year, the fee for Ex parte reexaminations was $2520.
A notice was posted proposing to raise this fee to as much as $17,750.

There is a much higher fee for Inter partes reexaminations.
