Highly doubtful for the expert. No for the attorney. [ Reply to This | Parent | # ]

Judges really know how to burn someone, don't they?
Out of curiosity, is there anything lawyers can do if the expert botches their
testimony other than not hiring them again? Granted, this "mistake"
was that he accidentally told the truth before learning Oracle's ridiculous
position, but I have to wonder what else can happen in the more general case.[ Reply to This | Parent | # ]

I agree no action will be taken against lawyers or expert. My sadness is the
lack of a good mechanism to let Judges in other cases know of these acts. If
there is not one how could one be created? [ Reply to This | Parent | # ]
