At the risk of being political, isn't this much like what is happening with a certain courts martial in the US? The one that involves Wikileaks?

Also Kim Dotcom who doesn't need the data on his disks, just the bits that the US decides he should get. How are you supposed to defend yourself or the company (MegaUpload) with the financial data withheld? To me it seems as if the NZ judges are starting to see through the US DOJ/FBI bluster. Let's hope so.
