Any lawsuit would be enough to bankrupt a company valued at less than about $10
million. And even then, winning can destroy the company... especially if a

Yes, but I'm not one of those individuals.
I doubt that many Java developers are; I am not a Java developer, fortunately.

Oracle already showed that it gets anoyed by people making a profit out of Java,
and that they'll put frivolous lawsuits on anybody they want.
The fact that there are other companies out there that will do that doesn't make
