Yet another reason I never agree to those.

Is that even legal? So would it be nullified by the "Ignore bits that are
illegal" clause?

Would this drive customers to small claims court or Judge Judy?

Maybe someone needs to produce an 'Sue Microsoft' document for small claims
court, similar to the other do it yourself legal forms. Maybe a Instructables
post, or a video as well. We could declare a sue Microsoft day and aim for
100,000 small claims cases to be filed, maybe the Monday following software
Freedom Day
