Faith in humanity? What is that? The only conclusion I
have come to it that the "trust and honesty" curve seems to
look like a poisson distribution peaking around incomes
around one to three times what it actually costs to live in
any particular area. Below that point people are slaving
and struggling just to feed their families. Above that
point people seem to become greedy and have no respect of
the laws; as long as they don't get caught it's OK mindset.
Those way out to the right seem to think they are gods and
that the laws of mere mortals do not apply to them and they
live to be served.
