Dan Levine @FedcourtJunkie
Judge Alsup just denied Oracle attempt to win on patents vs.
Google on the law. Not exactly a shocker after the verdict
Dan Levine @FedcourtJunkie
Alsup: jury could have very reasonably rejected "every word"
Oracle expert's testimony vs. Google
Dan Levine @FedcourtJunkie
Alsup: jury could have found Oracle expert's many “mistakes”
merely to be "convenient alterations" to fix truthful
admissions made earlier

Looking at some software packages over the weekend, I realized that they
contained UPC codes.
Question:
Does anybody know if SCO Group owned any UPC Codes.
(All the databases I tried require a UPC code to be entered. None of them allow
one to enter a company name, and determine which products they offer that also
have a UPC Code. If somebody can point me to a database, or other repository
that contains the relevant information, I'd appreciate it.)
If SCO Group owned any UPC Codes, then:
* When were they acquired;
* Have they been sold, given away, or otherwise disposed of;
The answers to those two questions might provide a viable business opportunity
for what remains of SCO Group, that does not involve litigation.[ Reply to This | Parent | # ]
