One has to wonder about Florian's mental stability

His battle, might be that he might not like the GPL.
What do you think (motives are)?

There's a word for that....

Schill.

That's the polite word. The other words that come to mind don't meet Groklaw's
guidelines.

Don't worry

I really don't think we need to worry for him.
He is probably just painting himself into a
corner by doing what he is paid to do: fight
for the losing team.

He is making failing arguments, but like a
lawyer, he simply plays the very bad hand he
has been dealt and does whatever he can.
Unlike a lawyer, however, he has the freedom
to spread misinformation, focus entirely on
unimportant details and quote things out of
context without getting sanctioned for it,
so that's what he does. It's not really working,
or at least it's not working well, but
apparently it keeps the paychecks coming,
or he wouldn't do it.
