Oracle v. Google - Next Steps?

You covered everything I can think of.

With regards to the currently biggest outstanding ruling,
are APIs (or, API SSO to be more exact) copyrightable, I
think the judge earlier signaled that it should come fairly
soon. This week or next week. Google's general counsel Kent
Walker said after the patent verdict that he expects the
ruling within "the next weeks" (see e.g.,
<http://www.marketwatch.com/story/top-google-lawyer-touts-
oracle-trial-victory-2012-05-23-234852819>). I hope it will
come this week.
