Are jury supposed to remain anonymous?
Authored by: rsteinmetz70112 on Thursday, May 24 2012 @ 10:24 AM EDT
The foreman agreed to be interviewed, the other jurors didn't. The choice should
be theirs alone.

Are jury supposed to remain anonymous?
Authored by: cricketjeff on Thursday, May 24 2012 @ 11:34 AM EDT
As I understand it US juries are free to discuss their jury room activities,
solely with the proviso that they do so honestly and accurately. UK juries are
never allowed to reveal their deliberations but under normal circumstances in
neither jurisdiction are they anonymous, I would have thought anonymous juries
would be against public policy, too easy to pack them!
