BREAKING: Complete Google win on patent infringement claims by Oracle. NO INFRINGEMENT.
Authored by: hairbear on Wednesday, May 23 2012 @ 02:08 PM EDT
It's really no suprise that the verdict came out the way it did. If the Jury
can't understand the patents, and can't even formulate a question that makes any
sense then how can they figure out if, or even how Google infringed ! How can a
Jury give a verdict of infringment on something that the plaintif can't explain
to them in a week long trial !

Sweet result. 9 lines of code. Snigger.

Do Oracle have to pay for all expenses as the losing side?

Hectic, with no news, the weather tropical, arriving
home late, to be greeted by this!
What more could you want. Unreal almost!

First a shower and then some read-up to do.

Congratulations to everyone that has called shame
to Oracle's greed. Ellison gambled -- then lost.
