A judge, seeing that one side may have no case whatsoever may
give every break to them knowing they will loose in the end.
Why? To limit the ability of the looser to appeal. Yet so
called experts jump on them saying that it looks like doom
and gloom for the other party.
Not that the looser wont try to appeal, but will they have
the appeal found in their favor. I think on the patent side
of this case Oracle will be hard pressed to find a matter of
law that was clearly wrong and was not decided in their
favor.
