Perhaps, as he seem to be implying, the foreman was the only one asking the
questions, while everyone else had already decided for Google.

It means he doesn't know what tech savvy means
to you. He was marking on a curve, and he's
not tech savvy at all, evidently, so some on
the jury, to *him*, seemed to know more about
tech.

Keep in mind only one juror talked to the press,
the single juror who thought until the very end
that Oracle should win. And he fought for that
and it was he sending all those notes, and in
his comments to the press, it's his world view
being expressed, not the jury as a body. They
never agreed with this guy.
