You will never be able to write any software, as but building block concepts are
patented.

Also, somehow, you can be infringing on patents without knowing, which, to me,
is counter to the entire purpose of patents. If someone can recreate them in a
clean room environment without seeing your implementation or knowing about your
patent then it shouldn't be patents period.
