Sadly I was nowhere near it. But I did get a good view of the partial eclipse in

By all accounts, this judge does a wonderful job of acting human, and thus
(deliberately) making the courtroom a more humane place. It's just harder to be
rude to someone who shares your interest in solar eclipses (or whatever).[ Reply to This | Parent | # ]

I'm hopeful about the judge and fearful about the jury after all of this. It
might balance out, by fluke no doubt, but we'll just have to see.
But in some way, it's poetic to have an eclipse like this now that Sun is dead
