Remember that Rebekah Brooks of the Murdoch empire has been
charged with "attempting to pervert the course of Justice" for

The judge wouldn't order it, but it'd be entirely fair game for Google to do
that and then ask specifically for papers that appear to have gone missing from
Sun/Oracle's public sites. Then Oracle would have to choose exactly which rock

The Internet Archive has a small group of people whose sole function is to
provide data for use as legal evidence in court cases.
