Combine with yesterday's question...

> There's one juror who's holding out for Oracle on the '520
patent

He who has a perfect record --- 100% wrong --- claims that the jury has
progressed past question two. OTOH, since he thinks the third question is a slam
dunk for Oracle....

Long live optimism. Another viewpoint.

Another possibility is that the hold out
is actually rooting for Google. What if
he/she is refusing to budge and is
making the jury review all these
testimonies in detail against the
majority vote?

I remember reading a transcript a couple
days back where the Judge told the court
that all the jurors had left the building
except a committed juror who had stayed
behind to read things through. Maybe this
was the hold-out juror, maybe he/she is
the one who is really trying hard to
keep things straight and not let anyone
else take the easy road out or be
hoodwinked by smoke and mirrors.

This is going to make such an absorbing
human interaction story after all this
is over. :-)
