Not surprisingly, the Court has kicked out Google's JMOL on ownership and registration of the copyrights by Oracle. Had Google challenged the registration much earlier in the proceedings or challenged the actual registration with the U.S. Copyright Office, they may have had a chance here, but this motion came far too late.
