Just because MS advertised it for internet servers doesn't mean it was designed
for it.

Nor was it secure.

NT 3.5 managed to get C2... if it wasn't on a network, and didn't have user
installable storage (floppy/CDR).

It's inexplicable, the file has the same serial number yet the contents are totally different.
