The trial is almost over
Come on PJ, you of all people should know
not to make statements like that.
This has all the hallmarks of being
another SCO, i.e. still in play more than 10 years after it began.
From the
reports I've read here I get the distinct impression that whatever verdict we
get at this point in time will be appealed by Oracle forever and a day until
they get the verdict they want. If that means getting the law changed in their
favour then that is what they will go for.
I think this is all down to Mr
Ellison and his stubborness. Like a spoilt child he does not seem to know when
to give to gracefully.
The US Legal system does not help either as we have
seen from cases like SCO and the like.
--- Ubuntu & 'apt-get' are not
the answer to Life, The Universe & Everything which is of course, "42" or is it
1.618?
