I think the tie-in to the title "They Shoot Horses Don't They" is what
should happen to SCO. They are still dancing even though the band, the judges,
and the audience has long since wanted to pack up and go home. It's now at the
point where every individual step on the dance floor lasts for months. They've
only moved a few yards in the last year. Put them out of their misery and get
it over with.

My significant other realizes that this is important to my life as a coder. I
have explicit grants of rights in all my header copyright files now to permit
use, even on closed source projects.
Additionally, she does a bit of coding too, but just can't stand the legal
stuff. We have deep meaningful conversations about the topics on Grocklaw after
I've grepped it all for her; I save her from having to delve into the legal
minutia.
I put it to you: If the pair's brains aren't compatible then you hooked up by
