No, you can't say the 9 lines of code, the two patents is enough to say the
Android runtime is really the Java runtime. Not even close. So the theory you

Sun's potential profit is, if nothing else, what Sun would have
gained if Google/Android/OHA had licensed J2ME (the 'mobile' version of Java).
Unlike J2SE, which Sun licensed free-as-in-beer, J2ME has always required a
license fee.
This is actually very funny, because if Android had
licensed J2ME, it would be dead in the water, so Sun would have gained exactly
$0.00.
What people do not realise, is that J2ME is even less Java than
Android. And fragmented so badly, that that often recited "android
