Google has testified that they believe they don't infringe these patents. They could explain why they made no changes. Duh.

Should probably be "That could explain".

Nitpik - This was not Oracle's finest hour and five minutes -> hour and nine minutes

1hr 15min - 6 minutes remaining = 1hr 9min.

One hour and five minutes was the Judge's wake-up call to Oracle followed by 4
more minutes of useless Oracle chatter. ;-)
