Jacobs is trying to bamboozle Judge Alsup
Authored by: SpaceLifeForm on Monday, May 14 2012 @ 03:52 PM EDT
Unfortunately for the BS&F team, he
is way ahead of them, and can smell the [redacted].

Jacobs would have tossed this out to
the jury, but they were not present.

It would not surprise me that Jacobs
just heard the term 'set theory' last night.

You are being MICROattacked, from various angles, in a SOFT manner.

Best I can make out

It's all bunk.If your top set is "phone" then there are subsets of
phone and there would be multiple sub subsets of "dynamic" and
"runtime". Each "phone executable" subset would have a
"runtime" but to be accurate to your set and subset diagram you
should be calling it "runtime-executable-a" and another one
"runtime-executable-b". Oracle conveniently calls all the runtimes
runtime because the phone is turned on. The overture to set theory depends on
you looking into the Oracle Carney Midway House of mirrors.

If the Judge is also a Math geek

There is no "Basic Set Theory." Slap that lawyer with a paradox.

IANAL, but I watch actors play lawyers on high-definition television.
Thanks to our hosts and the legal experts that make Groklaw great.
