Revised jury instructions - "direct infringment" -> "infringement"
Authored by: Anonymous on Monday, May 14 2012 @ 03:19 PM EDT
Rachel King ‏ @ZDNetRachel
Alsup now passing out revised jury instructions, taking out
the "direct" in "direct infringement"

I assume this is about not allowing the indirect infringement
stuff - not sure though.

Is this good for Google or Oracle?

Oracke making Google ask for stuff?
Authored by: Anonymous on Monday, May 14 2012 @ 03:20 PM EDT
Ginny LaRoe ‏ @GinnyLaRoe
Slick the way Oracle lawyers let Google do all the asking for
deadline extensions that benefit both sides.

Juror is running late
Authored by: Anonymous on Tuesday, May 15 2012 @ 11:17 AM EDT
Rachel King ‏ @ZDNetRachel
Update: One juror is late because she's stuck on the Bay
Bridge with car trouble. (FYI, it's hella foggy outside today
too.)

Rachel King ‏ @ZDNetRachel
Apparently the juror is driving back home, and she doesn't
like taking BART. (Um, really? I'm starting to lose
sympathy...)
