Keep in mind this judge is now retired. He
left to be able to lobby for software patents,
actually, so retirement is a good thing. And
someday we may learn if there is funding
for his efforts or not.

Exactly. It takes two to make peace; it only takes one to
make war. Software bogo-patents will always enable trolls
to extort unjust rewards while punishing the people doing
actual productive work.
