Only Oracle has none to tie the profits Google makes to the infringement. There
is no direct tie, Google doesnt sell
android. Oracle would have an easier time, but they dont have
a damage report because 90% of it was tossed out, and nothing
that ties Google's profit to the infringement made it in.
Oracle doesnt have an uphill battle, it has an up Mt Kilimanjaro battle with no
equipment.
