I don't see any arguments in my post, only explanations.

However, by your reasoning it would be perfectly acceptable for me to publish
Groklaw (including all the comments) in book format without permission and
retain all the proceeds. Better yet, I could simply mirror the contents, sell
advertising or charge a fee, and keep all the proceeds.

Do you think that either of those things would be OK? That's certainly what you
seem to be in favour of.
