Microsoft back to major OS anti-trust violation.

Because what could be more attractive than the ability to run
IE on a cellphone?

They are using the fact they have no market share to leverage
themselves into maintaining that lack of market share.

Go, Ballmer!

Penalty if true?
Authored by: Anonymous on Sunday, May 13 2012 @ 09:31 AM EDT
What is the EU penalty likely to be for a 'repeat performance'? Did not MS give
the EU certain assurances about such things? There could be a massive fine
perhaps even triggering the 10% of global turnover and other penalties. The
enforcers there have very sharp teeth and powerful jaws. They are not afraid to
use them.

Not an anti-trust violation.

The MS market share in this market is just simply not there. If they do the
lock-in expected it never will be either.
