I found your comparison between source code and DNA
interesting. Where all
DNA is made up of the five bases A, G,
C, T/U, all executable code on a
computer can be thought of
as being made from just three elementary types of
logic
operations AND, OR, and NOT.
However, this has nothing to do with
the SSO that Oracle
is trying to copyright. The SSO, whatever it is, is not

Not only did I find your discussion interesting, but in
the process of doing
some minimal research for the comment I
just made above, I ran across this short
article about
"ALife" algorithms. I think that just
inspired me to make an algorithm similar
to what he is
discussing. I have played a lot with genetic algorithms in
the
past, and I am always on the lookout for new ideas to
