Alsup just pulled out a rulebook. There's a rulebook in this

I really missed it yesterday when it was down. The constant
stream of info helps, especially when we do not as yet have
reports from groklaw reporters for the past two days.

Jacobs trying to prove creative angle again, asking Bornstein
if he "takes pride" in the code he writes. Bornstein said he
does.

Dan Bornstein May 2, 2012 - Public Me and my friendly process server, taken last night. Up until now, all of the subpoenas I've had to deal with were accepted on my behalf by various lawyers. Not this time, though!

Bornstein isn't answering the way Jacobs wants him to. Must
be annoyed because he even snapped at the Judge about not
taking a break yet.

No one knows what to do with Bornstein. Plaintiff rests. So he'll be the first
witness in defense case.

Thanks for the feed. I must admit I'm missing the detailed excellent blow by
blow reporting that we got from mirror_slap; it's like going half blind! The
other reportage doesn't seem to do half as well, the ZDNet reporter seems to be
trying but it skates over her a bit.
