Sutphin also admitted he hardly ever read @OpenJonathan's
blog. Guess they weren't really that close like Sutphin said
earlier in testimony

Judge Alsup after Van Nest objection: I don't remember what
McFadden said. I'd be amazed if the jury did.
Unfortunately she doesn't actually mention what the objection
was, or what was objected too... (facepalm).[ Reply to This | Parent | # ]

possible to get a Google+ Page going that also collates

Alsup asks Jacobs if Google did what Spring did (i.e. write
own APIs but use Java lang) wouldn't there have have been
immense fragmentation?

Alsup to Oracle: Your argument comes down to saying 'we
didn't want anyone to superset our classes, and that hurts us
in someway.'

Alsup/Oracle's Jacobs arguing. Everyone at Google's table
leaning back. Everyone at Oracle's forward. Safra Catz still
shaking her head
Everyone seems to be reporting this head shaking. I'm
guessing she must have been involved in the Sun purchase
decision, and is now wondering how safe her job (and
investments) are.[ Reply to This | Parent | # ]
