Sutphin also admitted he hardly ever read @OpenJonathan's
blog. Guess they weren't really that close like Sutphin said
earlier in testimony

Which objection?
Authored by: Anonymous on Wednesday, May 09 2012 @ 03:42 PM EDT
Rachel King ‏ @ZDNetRachel
Judge Alsup after Van Nest objection: I don't remember what
McFadden said. I'd be amazed if the jury did.

Unfortunately she doesn't actually mention what the objection
was, or what was objected too... (facepalm).

Authored by: Anonymous on Wednesday, May 09 2012 @ 03:46 PM EDT
Feldegast's Twitter feed is great. Does anyone know if it is
possible to get a Google+ Page going that also collates
updates?

Alsup asks Jacobs if Google did what Spring did (i.e. write
own APIs but use Java lang) wouldn't there have have been
immense fragmentation?

Rachel King @ZDNetRachel
Alsup to Oracle: Your argument comes down to saying 'we
didn't want anyone to superset our classes, and that hurts us
in someway.'

At the method level, Alsup saying that Oracle doesn't have a
monopoly. Doesn't necessarily go for classes but it's looking
better for Google

Safra Catz shaking her head
Authored by: Anonymous on Wednesday, May 09 2012 @ 06:16 PM EDT
Caleb Garling ‏ @CalebGarling
Alsup/Oracle's Jacobs arguing. Everyone at Google's table
leaning back. Everyone at Oracle's forward. Safra Catz still
shaking her head

Everyone seems to be reporting this head shaking. I'm
guessing she must have been involved in the Sun purchase
decision, and is now wondering how safe her job (and
investments) are.
