Oracle is not suing Google over the Openjdk. They are suing them over Android,
and Google has made no claim that Android is a derivative of Openjdk.

As noted in another post, since Harmony and Dalvik aren't derived from OpenJDK
or GNUClasspath, this may not be relevant.
